CDI is a premier provider of Laserfiche services, specializing in Records Management implementation, Project Management, and third-party integrations. With over 20 years as a Laserfiche VAR, CDI has successfully executed some of the most complex ECM projects across the USA, Canada, and internationally. Their solutions, including top integrations with ArcGIS, DocuSign, Salesforce, and Dynamics, are available on the Laserfiche Marketplace.

Tradeshow Projects

CDI assigned me the task of redesigning the tradeshow booths for the three key industries we serve: Government, Finance, and Credit Unions. In addition to the booth designs, I am also responsible for updating and creating new company brochures, video content, and digital ads. Above, you’ll find the conference overview I developed for CDI, and below is a mockup of the tradeshow booth I designed and produced for the Government sector.

Website Development

My ongoing project at CDI involves enhancing the company website’s design and functionality. Below is a summary of some key projects I’ve completed during my time here. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Redesigning the navigation bar
  • Creating homepage carousel banners
  • Collaborating with the development team to redesign the client portal
  • Revamping several product and services pages

Icon Designs

CDI acquired a company that developed several software programs. The user interface for the software windows were outdated. The CDI development team approached me to create a new set of icons that they can use to replace the outdated ones and provide general design direction.

Standardized Slide Deck Template

When joining CDI their presentations and branding was inconsistent. The slides featured a mix of outdated infographics, unbranded content, and varying design styles. I took the initiative to remove all outdated slides and developed a cohesive, newly designed slide deck template, which I then distributed across all departments to ensure a unified and professional presentation style.

Company Newsletter

CDI assigned me the task of redesigning the company newsletter. My objective was to create visually engaging graphics that would capture our customers’ attention and encourage them to read through the entire monthly update. Below is a sample of what our customers would see when they open our newsletter in their inbox.

CDI Marketing Brochures

The CDI sales teams utilizes brochures that explain CDI products and services while at tradeshows or meeting with prospects. The library of brochures that CDI has accumulated over the years is expansive. I’ve for the past few years continuously been updating and creating new product/services brochures. Above is one sample of marketing collateral that I created for the CDI sales team to utilize at tradeshows.

YouTube Channel

CDI is highly active in creating training webinars and sharing the content on social media. They tasked me with enhancing the videos by adding new intro animations and smoother transitions. We also expanded the video content to include shorter clips, designed for quick consumption and optimized primarily for mobile viewing.
